The product seems to work but the documentation/manual is garbage. I don’t know what any of the icons that appear on the screen mean. I don’t know why there are two different power connectors. There is a silver plastic collar (picture) that is not mentioned in the manual and I don’t know where it goes or what it does. There is no manufacturer web site to look for more info. The manual says “If you have any questions please contact our company” but there is no contact information!
